Our promise for transparency and customer satisfaction
1. Replacement & Exchange
Replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 7–10 business days. Exchanges are accepted for size-related issues only.
2. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer provided by the customer.
3. Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted for size or quality issues.
- Returns are accepted only for visible product damage or manufacturing defects.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Customer bears the return shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo an internal inspection. Refunds are processed only after the issue is verified. This may take 48–72 hours for approval and up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos and the packing slip. We’ll verify and replace or refund as needed.
Can I get a refund for a fitting issue?
No, we only offer exchange for fitting issues. Refunds are processed only for product disputes or defects.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once approved, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
